Lake joined the Kenmark Group in 2003 as the National Accounts Manager. Lake is responsible for generating business through national accounts. He works closely with Kenmark’s sales representatives and is active in many sales related projects. Lake brings over 25 years of optical experience to Kenmark. He was previously a regional sales manager for the Southeast Territory of the Safilo Group.

Oyarbide has been in the optical industry for 11 years beginning with Kenmark Optical in the 1997. He started out as a Sales Representative for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. He was promoted in 2001 as Sales Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. During these years at Kenmark, Rafael has managed to solidify to the sales in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, as well as maintain the presence of Kenmark in Latin America. Rafael has an Associates Degree in Optical Science from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. His home is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
